Recently, KOSUN has completed the design, production and manufacture of a 1000HP drilling rig solids control system, which is ready to be sent to drilling companies in North Africa to put it into use on site. The system consists of 4 mud tanks, a shale shaker, a vacuum degasser, Desander, desilter, four-stage purification equipment, to meet the processing requirements of drilling fluid circulation, perfusion, and aggravation.
The 1000HP drilling rig solids control system produced by KOSUN can withstand high temperature, explosion-proof, anti-corrosion, rain-proof, oil-resistant (oil-based mud), and has corresponding design and manufacturing qualifications for parts with special requirements for explosion-proof and safety; it can guarantee mud preparation. The work of weighting, screening, circulation, control and storage is carried out smoothly, and it has strong control ability of drilling fluid purification and solid phase. It is suitable for road and railway long-distance transportation. It can be loaded and unloaded by crane, and can also be transported by a special moving truck.
